Relax and Unwind at the Pendleton Community Pool
General Information Rules & Regulations
Pendleton Pool Hours of Operation is from 7:00am until 10:00pm
The Pendleton Pool, one of the nicest amenities of our subdivision, was recently renovated in 2020 with the purchase of new pool furniture along with an extensive renovation to the pool itself. The pool is in strict compliance with all health department rules and regulations. Please be aware that the Pendleton pool is not monitored by a Life Guard at any time. Therefore, swimming is at your own risk.
Access to the Pendleton pool is allowed only via entry cards. Each household within the subdivision will have one (1) card issued, and that card should be used only by the residents of your household. Residents are responsible for the safety and protection of the entry card. Please do not loan your pool entry card to others. If your card is lost or stolen, please obtain a pool entry card from Matt Keith at 678-758-3012 or through email at info@pendletoncommunity.com.
Children under 14 must have adult supervision in the pool area at all times.
Unattended solo swimming is prohibited
We request that no glass articles be taken into the pool area
No food, drink, or wrappers shall be permitted within 10 feet of the swimming pooll
No diving, running our rough play is allowed
No spitting, spouting of water or unsanitary actions should take place in the pool
No cut-offs or exposed diapers are allowed
No swimming in heavy rain or when thunder and or lightening can be seen or heard
The pool is for the private use of Pendleton Residents, their families and one accompanied guest per family member
There should be no alcohol allowed in the pool area
Everyone is responsible for picking up their own trash, this includes cigarette butts
We ask that you keep the Pendleton Pool Area neat and clean so that we can continue to enjoy a beautiful, relaxing area for years to come.
Pendleton Pool Cards
Access to the Pendleton pool is allowed only via scan cards. Each family will have one card issued to be used by that family only. Residents are responsible for the safety of the card. Please do not loan the card to others.
You must scan to enter the pool. You must scan to leave the pool. Access using the scan cards will be monitored electronically. What is the process if you lose your card? Lost Cards can be replaced for a $25.00 fee. Contact Mat Keith between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
What is the process if your card does not open the gate? The card can be reactivated. Contact Board Member Matt Keith.
What do you do with the card if you move from the Pendleton Community? We ask that you return the card to Matt Keith. Please do not give the card to the new owners at closing. If the scan card assigned to your family is not returned, the card will be deactivated and cannot be used by the new owners. Since these cards are registered to the owner of the home in the software, we need to insure the current, correct owner names are listed in the program.
